📦 Shipping Policy

At BAYEN CONSULTING & MANAGEMENT S.A., we work with trusted print-on-demand partners to deliver quality products worldwide. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order:

🕒 Fulfillment Time

All products are made-to-order.
Please allow up to 10 business days for order fulfillment before shipping. This includes production, quality checks, and packaging.

🚚 Shipping Times

After fulfillment, estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 5–8 business days

  • Europe: 6–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary based on your location and courier service.

🌍 Shipping Regions

We ship worldwide, with the exception of regions where local carriers or customs regulations prevent reliable delivery.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country

  • Weight and quantity of items

Total costs will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any delays or costs related to customs processing.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or “Delivered” Orders

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services

  • Items lost due to incorrect address entry

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received

If your order is marked as delivered and you cannot find it, please contact your local post office or carrier.

🔁 Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • The package not being claimed by the recipient

You will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order. We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
