Open. Known. Transparent. Grounded.
Becoming a sperm donor is something I approached with care and intention. Helping someone create a family is a meaningful responsibility, and I believe the process should be built on trust, openness, and respect for everyone involved.
I live a balanced and health focused life and try to approach important decisions thoughtfully. Being an open donor allows me to support families who value transparency and who want their children to grow up with clear knowledge about their biological background if they ever choose to explore it.
For me, donation is not simply about fertility. It is about contributing in a positive way to families who are ready to welcome a child into a stable and loving environment.
Why Families Choose an Open Golden Donor
Many families today prefer open donors because they want transparency and a real person behind the donation.
With an Open Donor Association Golden Donor, families receive:
• A real and known individual behind the donation
• Verified health and genetic testing documentation
• Transparent lifestyle and background information
• The possibility of future openness for donor conceived children
• A donor committed to ethical and responsible donation
This approach allows parents to feel confident that their child’s biological origin is built on honesty, care, and long term responsibility.

Personal & Mission
I approach life with a positive, grounded mindset and a strong sense of responsibility. Trust, kindness, and reliability are values that guide both my personal life and my approach as a donor.
I live a health focused and balanced lifestyle. I do not smoke, avoid drugs and medications, and only drink alcohol occasionally. I prioritize nutrition, fitness, and fertility supportive supplements because I believe recipients deserve the best possible biological foundation.
Becoming an open donor felt like the most honest and respectful way to help others build families. Transparency creates trust, and trust is essential when bringing a child into the world.
Outside of donation, I enjoy an active and adventurous life. Skiing, traveling, skydiving, and supporting charitable causes are some of the activities that keep me energized and curious about the world. I enjoy learning, meeting new people, and understanding different perspectives.
Helping someone create a family is something I approach with care and sincerity. Once I commit to supporting a recipient, I aim to remain reliable, respectful, and supportive throughout the journey.

Requirements for Recipients
Creating life deserves care, intention, and responsibility. I prefer working with recipients who approach parenthood thoughtfully and are committed to providing a stable and loving environment for a future child.
• Emotionally mature individuals or couples ready for parenthood
• Financially stable and able to provide a secure home
• A healthy lifestyle and general focus on wellbeing
• Clear communication and respectful collaboration
• Long term thinking about the child’s wellbeing and future
My goal is to contribute only to families who are deeply committed to raising a child with stability, care, and strong life values.
Network of Half Siblings & Long Term Vision
I believe donor conceived children benefit from knowing they are part of a broader and healthy network of half siblings around the world.
For that reason, I support responsible donation limits and transparent tracking of families through the Open Donor Association network.
The intention is to give both donor conceived children and any future children of my own the opportunity to understand their extended biological network in a healthy and positive way.

If You Feel Aligned
If my philosophy and approach resonate with you, the next step is simple.
Unlock my portfolio and contact access in order to introduce yourself and share a bit about your family plans.
From there we can determine whether we are a good fit and discuss the next steps.
Choosing a donor is one of the most important decisions a parent can make for their child’s life.
I believe that decision should always be based on trust, health, transparency, and shared values.
Important Information About Donor Portfolios
Access to this donor portfolio includes the donor’s Facebook contact information so that you may reach out directly if you feel the donor could be a good match for your family journey.
The amount paid for access to a portfolio is considered a donation to the Open Donor Association (ODA). These donations help support our nonprofit mission to build a transparent and ethical network for open sperm donation, support donors and recipients, and help more people create healthy families.
Many donors within the Open Donor Association operate independently and set their own arrangements and expectations. Donor compensation or cycle support can vary depending on the donor, the logistics involved, and the agreement made directly between the donor and the recipient.
If you decide to contact a donor after reviewing their portfolio, we recommend reaching out respectfully and clearly introducing yourself and your situation. Many donors receive a high number of inquiries, so thoughtful and considerate communication helps create the best experience for everyone involved.
If both parties feel aligned, the donation made for portfolio access may be credited toward the donor’s cycle support or compensation depending on the arrangement made directly with the donor.
Thank you for supporting the Open Donor Association and our mission to help build healthy, transparent, and supportive family networks.
The Open Donor Association acts as an introduction platform and does not participate in or control arrangements made between donors and recipients.
